microsoft pc manger clean options

Hello.I use microsoft pc manager for cleaning my C drive(ssd).My laptop has and a second internal hdd that i am using as a storage folder.I do not know if this app can clean it.The scan could not find it.Do you know anything about that?

The clean function in the Microsoft PC Manager utility can only be used to clean the system (C) drive, that is specifically used to clean system files, application caches, browser caches, and old Windows update leftovers, they have not added the ability to clean up another drive to that utility yet.

    The disck cleanup didn't available with right clik?is not available options.....
