I just recently logged on to my computer and I was using Microsoft Copilot. Then I went to sleep, and when I was ready to continue my work by exploring deeper into the topic more deeply, Microsoft Copilot said, "Something went wrong. Please refresh." I kept refreshing it, and it still showed the same error, even in the web version of it.
