    Hello Donna Prehm,

This issue appears to be affecting multiple users, with similar reports posted recently. At this time, there is no confirmed fix for this behavior.

As a temporary workaround, try opening Microsoft 365 Copilot directly. This uses a different Copilot web entry point and may allow you to access the service while the other entry point displays the blocked-content message.

If you are using a work or school account, please contact your IT administrator to confirm that Copilot, the required Microsoft domains, and the appropriate license have not been restricted by your organization.

You can also report the issue through the Microsoft 365 Copilot Feedback Portal. You can search for a recent post describing the same issue and vote for it if you find one. Otherwise, create a new post and include the exact error message and when the problem started. This gives the relevant product team more information to review and helps with further investigation.

Since this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Thank you so much for your patience and your understanding.
