Unable to access CoPilot

All of a sudden I have been unable to access Copilot, and it just gives me this message (see screenshot below).
I have rebooted my laptop to find no difference, and I've followed the troubleshooting instructions which returned no error for Copilot Office, and an error for Copilot Bing - but that it couldn't do anything about it. The response it said was (see second screenshot below).
Upon clicking on the next option in the troubleshooter "Copilot access issue" - it brought me here to this page, hence my question. Can you please help?
Thank you

Hello. Microsoft reported a Copilot web outage that was resolved at 8:05 PM EDT on September 9.

Are you still seeing the same error now at https://copilot.microsoft.com/?

If it is working now, the issue was likely related to the resolved outage. If not, please share the current error message.

    Based on the symptoms shown:

    • Copilot opens but returns “Something went wrong. Try reloading.”
    • The connectivity troubleshooter already found no firewall rule blocking it
    • Rebooting did not help

    The supported next checks are:

    1. Run the Copilot connectivity troubleshooter again from Get Help and review the findings.
      • Open Get Help
      • Search for Copilot connectivity troubleshooter
      • Follow the steps provided
    2. Run the Copilot license troubleshooter if Copilot is missing or not validating access correctly.
      • Open Get Help
      • Search for Copilot License Troubleshooter
      • Follow the steps provided
    3. If using Copilot in a web app, enable third-party cookies in the browser. For Microsoft Edge:
      • Go to Settings and More > Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data
      • Make sure Block third-party cookies is Off
    4. Make sure the correct account is signed in. On microsoft365.com, check the profile in the upper-right corner. If already signed in, sign in with a different account if the current one does not have Copilot access.
    5. If working with a file stored in a third-party location, move or copy the file to OneDrive or SharePoint before using Copilot with that file.
    6. Since the troubleshooter already reported that the issue is at a higher level and could not fix it, the documented escalation path is:
      • Home users: contact Support
      • Business users: check with the Microsoft 365 admin to confirm Copilot access; the admin can contact Microsoft support for further help
