    Hi Loren Howard,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I can see that Copilot is showing a blocked symbol with only a Refresh button.

    To better understand what is happening, could you please confirm whether you are using the Copilot app or Copilot in Microsoft Edge? Also, are you signed in with a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account and is the laptop managed by your workplace or school?

    Please also check whether Copilot works in a web browser or when connected to another network, such as a mobile hotspot. If you use a VPN, temporarily disconnect it and try again.

    You can also open the Get Help app, search for Copilot connectivity troubleshooter and follow the prompts. This can check for firewall rules or other connection blockers.

    Please let me know when the issue started and what happens after trying these checks. I’ll be happy to advise further.
