This is quite a unique problem I'm facing and haven't been able to figure out.
I'm using Excel 2016 on Windows 11 and when using the standard Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V combo, my cells will not paste (single or multiple). Here is the list of things I've attempted and checked:
- Excel's clipboard is enabled. When opening the panel and copying something, the selection appears there, but pasting does not paste anything. This is EXCLUSIVELY to the standard Paste feature. I am able to do all other Special Paste options besides Paste (P)
- My computer's clipboard isn't restricting the paste
- I do use a security software and have already determined it is not blocking the paste
- My computer is up-to-date with drivers, updates, and Microsoft updates
- The Cut, copy, and paste options within Excel are checked
- I have made sure my clipboard is not maxed out with items
- I have gone through Powershell to check any restrictions happening (there are none)
Any advise on what to try next would be great. It's not very fun trying to copy a range that has formulas and many pieces of information one at a time.
