To make documents and screen content easier to see in Windows 10, use these options:

    1. Make apps and images bigger on the screen:
      • Press Windows key + U.
      • On the Display tab, under Make everything bigger, choose a larger size.
      • Some apps may require signing out and back in, but most changes apply immediately.
    2. Use Magnifier for instant zoom:
      • Press Windows key + Plus (+) to turn on Magnifier.
      • Press Windows key + Plus (+) again to zoom in more.
      • Press Windows key + Minus (-) to zoom out.
      • Press Windows key + Esc to close Magnifier.
    3. Adjust Magnifier zoom settings:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Magnifier.
      • Use Change zoom level to control how large items appear.
      • Use Change zoom increments to control how much each zoom step changes.

If the issue is specifically with printed output size in a drawing, Visio also supports enlarging print size through File > Print > Page Setup > Print Setup > Print zoom, then choosing Adjust to with a value greater than 100.
