How do I request a refund for the Xbox game pass

I was recently charged for the Xbox game pass because I forgot to cancel my subscription but I haven’t been really using it at all and I was wondering if there was anyway I could get a refund instead of just being able to use the pass until the pay period is over. I no longer have the time to play any games anyway and I would just like to get my 15 dollars back. I saw online that there was a way to request a refund however when on the refund page the game pass doesn’t show up. I was just charged for it today and I just canceled my pass today too so it’s not like I’ve been using it throughout the pay period and want to cancel last second. Am I missing something?

    Dear @Austin Truong

You can submit a refund request through your Microsoft account.

    1. Go to the Microsoft Services & Subscriptions page and sign in with the Microsoft account used to purchase the subscription.
    2. Locate your Xbox Game Pass subscription.
    3. Select Manage and check whether an option to cancel the subscription and request a refund is available.
    4. Follow the instructions provided to complete the refund request.

    Refund policy: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/microsoft-subscription-refund-policy

If you don't see an option to request a refund, I recommend contacting Microsoft/Xbox Support directly. https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Best regards,
    Bence
