Microsoft for Startups business verification rejects valid Dutch KVK number

I am enrolled in the new Microsoft for Startups Preview experience in Azure and have successfully unlocked the initial Azure startup credits.
I am now trying to complete business verification for DIVENIQ, a legally registered Dutch sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak).
The official Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration number is 42160168.
The Microsoft for Startups verification form rejects this valid Dutch registration number because it requires the Business Registration ID to contain exactly 21 alphanumeric characters.
I do not want to alter or pad the official registration number just to satisfy the validation rule.
Could a Microsoft moderator please advise the correct verification route for a Netherlands-registered business or escalate this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification?
