A powerful, cloud-based language translation tool developed by Microsoft.
Hello Tal,
I understand that Microsoft Translator shows a connection error when you try to use Hebrew, while other languages continue to work normally. This may be related to temporary app data, the network connection, or a temporary issue with the Hebrew translation service.
Please try the options below and check whether the issue continues:
- Close Microsoft Translator completely, restart the device, and try again.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If you use a VPN, proxy, ad blocker, or private DNS, temporarily turn it off and test again.
- Make sure Microsoft Translator is updated from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- On Android, open Settings > Apps > Translator > Storage, then select Clear cache. On iPhone or iPad, reinstalling the app is the closest equivalent.
- Try translating the same Hebrew text through the Microsoft Translator website or another device. This can help confirm whether the problem is limited to the app.
If the same connection error appears with Hebrew on different devices, this may be a temporary issue with the service. Please try again later to see whether it improves.
Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps, and I'll be glad to continue looking into it with you.
