I was suspended from my account because 7 of twelve people from a group chat weren't responding and it does not seem fair I got my email suspended

Hi Maddy,

To better understand the situation, could you please clarify the following?

Is your entire Microsoft account suspended, or are you only unable to access Outlook or the group chat?
What exact error message do you see when you try to sign in? If possible, please share a screenshot after hiding any personal information.
Did you receive an email or notification explaining why the account was suspended?
Is this a school-managed Microsoft 365 account? If so, have you contacted your school’s IT administrator?
Were you sending messages or emails to the group shortly before the suspension occurred?
Can you still sign in to other Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams or OneDrive?

Please do not share your password, verification codes, or other sensitive account information. These details will help identify whether this is an Outlook restriction, a Microsoft account suspension, or an action taken by your school administrator.

I wasn't spamming, its just some people weren't responding so my email took it as spam

Since this is a school account, only your school's IT administrator has the necessary permissions to manage your account, such as resetting your password, updating your sign-in methods, or restoring access.

As an Independent Advisor, I do not have access to your school's tenant and cannot view, modify, or recover accounts on behalf of educational organizations.
