How to fix "share webpage" to Onenote using a samsung phone? It saves to sticky notes, but not onepage. how to fix?

I own a samsung android phone. I want to share an edge webpage to onenote. when I use "share" to onenote, it doesn't work. It says it is saving the webpage, but never finishes. It saves to sticky notes, but I want more than a 'link'. I have tried clearing the cache. I have tried deleting the onenote app data. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the onenote app on my samsung phone. I have granted onenote ALL of the permissions. Noting works. how do i fix this problem? if you don't know, don't waste my time. If there is a technical limitation that prevents this 'share' ability, just say so. Don't waste my time.
