Locked out from my Azure Portal

I am trying to login to my azure portal but Authenticatior is not providing the notification and the genrated codes does not work.
I seems that I didn't enable other authentication methods beside Microsoft Authenticator
I have switched phone some weeks ago and I don't have access to my previous phone.
Please help!
