"Sign‑in error: account doesn’t exist" my xbox account hacked and I can not sign in

Hello,

when my son tries to log in to his xbox account, it brings a nonrecognised account name and asks for its password thus he can not log in. We can not pass this screen in any other ways.

yesterday he said he received a code from microsoft team to log in to a minecraft server and he logged that passcode to that website. After that he lost his account.

Please advice how to solve and get back to his account.
