How to access my Azure account?

I cannot sign in to my Azure account. I lost ability to sign in sometime in July. In June I was able to sign in.

For this reason I am not able to submit a support ticket in Azure! I have tried other ways, but they lead to nothing. Just wasted time on Microsoft's side and mine.

I have a personal account, which is associated with the Azure subscription. I also have a work or school account with the same email address, for which is not associated with the Azure subscription.

I have Authenticator app in use, and both accounts (the same email address) are there, but when I try to sign in, nothing shows in the Auth app.

How the hell to access my Azure account!?

I have another email address (gmail.com) associated with the account and I do receive emails to this mailbox regarding to my account. Fortunately I receive PDFs about my invoices to main email box, so I can attach the invoices to my bookkeeping.

Note that I did not find a proper Child Tag for Azure, so picked one. Please redirect this to the right place.
