Issue type: Technical Service: Virtual Machine running Windows Problem type: VM management / Cannot start or stop VM Summary: VM stuck in Updating state; Stop, Reapply, Deallocate and Redeploy operations not completing
RDP port 3389 is reachable but RDP connection times out. Run Command hangs. Reset RDP configuration succeeded. Stop and Reapply operations remain running. az vm deallocate does not complete. az vm redeploy reports VM is marked to be deallocated. Force deallocate API reports subscription is not registered for Force Deallocate VM feature.
Need solution asap.
