How to fix the issue of PC not responding to wireless connections

Hello Microsoft Support, I’m having two issues with my Dell Latitude running Windows 10 Pro.

First, the PC is no longer responding to Wi-Fi or other wireless connections. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth were working normally before Windows asked me to install an update, but after the update issue, the wireless connections stopped working.

Second, Windows keeps showing the message “Activate Windows,” even though I previously had Windows working on this PC.

Could you please help me diagnose the wireless connection problem and also check why Windows is asking me to activate it? I would prefer to troubleshoot and repair the existing installation before formatting or reinstalling Windows.

Thank you.
