Unable to Start GH-300 Exam Due to Pearson VUE Technical Issue

I paid for the GitHub Copilot (GH-300) exam but was unable to take it because of technical issues on the Pearson VUE platform. I could not access or start the exam, and the issue was not from my side.I respectfully request a complimentary reschedule or a reinstatement of my exam voucher.
