Where did you purchase your Office product, is it directly from Microsoft, or from third party?
There's no longer a product called Office 365. If it is a subscription, it is Microsoft 365, for example, Microsoft 365 personal, family or premium are different types. If it is a one-time purchase perpetual license it is called Office Home 2024 for example. So I need to know the exact name of the product you purchased.
