No wifi option in network settings

I have a no wifi option in the network settings and no steps and solutions so-far have worked for me. I tried troubleshooting and resetting the network. It seems it did nothing. My wifi adapters had nothing at all that looked irregular. Couldn’t successfully carry out downloading the driver manually at the moment, and don’t use the insider preview build feature. Is there anything else I could try?

Hello,

Most bluetooth or wifi issue can be resolved by doing a power reset.

To do so, turn off the computer, unplug the computer from the power cord, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Turn the computer back on to see if it works.

If not, Can you share with me two screenshots please?

Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.

Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.

Pressing the power button for 30 seconds worked. A blue screen showed up and it did a reset. I forgot the name but now I see the wifi when I log into my Laptop. Thank you so much!
