Can't log in to windows 10 local account. Can't use safe mode. System wanted setup drivers but wouldn't specify

    I unfortunately have a confession to make I did something to the graphics in regedit. Could you please tell me how to repair my dll in part where it says "system" file explorer Acer Aspire Windows 10 Home PLS?
