Thanks for the details! It looks like you've already tried quite a few solutions. But what exactly is happening with your Windows account? Does Windows fail to start, do you see an error message or a blue/black screen, or does the system boot up but fail to recognize your password?

    Hi!

Send all the details about your problem.

What exactly happens? Send me a photo.

Does an error message or a blue screen appear?

Does your local account have a password?

How did you try to enter Safe Mode?

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Restart the PC If updates are pending, use Update and restart if that option appears. A restart can clear temporary sign-in issues.
    2. Check whether the account is using a password or PIN On the sign-in screen, select Sign-in options if available.
      • If the account is a local account, use that local account password.
      • If the account is tied to a Microsoft account, use the Microsoft account password.
      • If available, select I forgot my password or I forgot my PIN on the sign-in screen.
    3. Check the network connection from the lock screen Some sign-in scenarios require internet access.
      • Select Network on the lock screen.
      • If Wi‑Fi is unstable, connect with an Ethernet cable if possible.
    4. Try another account if one exists On the sign-in screen, select another account from the lower-left corner, or choose Other user and enter that account’s credentials. If another admin account can sign in, review the existing accounts afterward.
    5. Try Safe Mode again using the full path Safe Mode only allows password sign-in, not PIN or biometrics.
      • On the sign-in screen, hold Shift and select Power > Restart.
      • Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
      • After restart, select 5 or press F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.
    6. If Safe Mode still does not work A known Windows sign-in issue can occur when the system logs on and logs off immediately. In that case, the problem can involve the Winlogon registry path used to load explorer.exe and userinit.exe: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
    7. If the system can reach recovery tools, run System File Checker If command access is available from recovery or Safe Mode, run:
         SFC /scannow

This checks for and repairs corrupted Windows system files.
    8. If password recovery is needed If the account is local and password reset options do not work, Microsoft support cannot retrieve or bypass a lost or forgotten password.
    9. If none of the above works Use the public support path:
