Hi,

I activated Microsoft 365 through UCLA and understand this includes a free LinkedIn Premium Career offer (6/12 months). I never received an activation email for it. I've checked Inbox, All Mail, Spam, and Secondary/Other categories and it isn't there.

Could you look into why this wasn't sent and help me get it activated?

If the LinkedIn Premium activation email was not received, the supported next steps are:

    1. Wait up to 7 days from the Microsoft 365 student activation date for the registration or activation email to arrive.
    2. Check all mail locations again, including Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions, and Other/Focused inbox.
    3. Use a desktop browser to check the Microsoft account email used for the Microsoft 365 student subscription.
    4. If more than 7 days have passed, contact Microsoft Support so the benefit can be investigated and the activation link can be re-sent or escalated.
      • Go to Contact Microsoft 365 Support
      • Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the subscription
      • Search for: LinkedIn Premium not received
      • Select Contact Support
      • Choose Microsoft 365 and Office and a subscription or billing-related category

Useful details to provide to support:

    • Microsoft 365 student subscription is active
    • Student verification was completed
    • LinkedIn Premium activation email was never received
    • Spam/Junk and other folders were already checked

The available guidance does not provide a way to investigate or activate the LinkedIn offer directly from here. After the 7-day window, support is the documented path.
