purchased a new license after hardware change, no download or product key

<PII removed> recently installed a new motherboard, ram,cpu and GPU. Purchased new Win 11 Pro license but did not receive download or product key. Current activated version says

Edition Windows 11 pro

Version 25H2

Installed on 10/17/2025

Windows experience Windows feature Experience pack 1000.26100.360.0

Not the version i purchased yesterday for $199.99. When i click on link it takes me to purchase download or USB for $199.99 page...not download/get started/ product key, etc... I guess I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card for non-delivery of product

License purchased from Microsoft is digital license. Your Microsoft account serves as license.

You said "Not the version I purchased".. What do you mean to be exact? You purchased a Pro version, do you currently have it installed as Home or? Please let me know so I can give you the correct next steps to do.
