Buy a new computer. There's no way to upgrade from Window 7 to Windows 11.

It is unlikely that your computer meets the system requirements for Windows 11. An easy was to check is the use the open source WhyNo11 program. (There are hacks to try to run Windows 11 on an incompatible computer, but it's inadvisable.)

In the unlikely event that your computer is compatible, note that you would have to purchase Windows 11. There is no free upgrade from Windows 7.
