I am trying to access the HP community to ask a question. Before I get started, I was blocked. In the details it states: "You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page."

It nowhere stated who the owner is or how to reach them. The Cloudflare Ray ID: a38056807ed46e3a.

My real issue is that I have a Pavilion Plus Laptop 14ez-ey000 and want to connect a Deskjet F2100 printer but HP doesn't have a driver to download. So Im trying to figure out if a driver is available and how to get that.

Hello,

The F2100 is a very outdated older printer, and HP does not appear to provide a separate Windows 11 driver download for it. This is quite common. Manufacturers have moved on supporting this model, hence no longer developing/updating driver to work with the development of Windows updates.

There might be a chance you can use Windows' generic driver - it is not a guarantee that it will work, but I think it is worth a shot.

Try connecting the printer by USB and then go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Add device.

If Windows does not find it automatically, select Add manually and try installing it using the Windows Update printer-driver list. You may need to wait a few minutes after clicking Windows Update for the HP printer list to populate.

Because this is an older printer, basic printing may work while some functions, particularly scanning or the original HP software, may no longer be available under Windows 11.

As for the psg.lithium.com message, that domain is associated with the HP Community platform. The Cloudflare message means your connection was blocked before reaching the community site. I would first try the HP Community directly from:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/

Also try disabling any VPN/proxy, clearing the HP Community cookies, or using another browser/network.
