How to Cancel my "Just Answer" subscription . Subscribed 2 hours ago. Was told via online chat that $5 charge was refundable and mandatory annual subscription could/would be canceled by Microsoft chat (Pearl)

"JustAnswer" has nothing to do with Microsoft...

Thank you. Followed your suggestion. Followed their instructions and easily accomplished cancellaton. Received an email confirmation of cancellation and when I returned to the website, they again confirmed that subscription was cancelled.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you already got charged and that you are looking into cancelling your Microsoft 365 subscription.

As you have an existing subscription, you will need to cancel it first and then you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing and try it from there or try to turn off the recurring billing at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2277073 and you can also follow the guided steps indicated from the link below which also includes refund eligibility check.
