Microsoft for Startups — "We couldn't verify your startup," no way to resubmit or open a ticket (credits expire Sep 23, 2026)

My Microsoft for Startups business verification has failed. On the Microsoft for Startups page in the Azure Portal, the only option is "Check verification status," which returns "We couldn't verify your startup" — no reason given, no way to edit my details or resubmit.

There is no "Your Microsoft Team" / "Get program support" box on my startup homepage, and the Azure Portal "Help + support" flow only offers generic billing categories and dead-ends in an automated agent without letting me create a request. The aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal link just redirects back to the same home page. So I have no working channel to submit this.

My $1,000 in credits expire September 23, 2026, so I need a manual review before then.
