    Hello,

What is the exact error message shown on the Windows Sign-in screen?

The simplest method you can try here if the wireless network isn't working,

    1. Turn on USB tethering on your Android Mobile device.
    2. Then, plug your Mobile device into your laptop using a USB cable.
    3. Your laptop should be connected to the internet.
    4. Try resetting your PIN.

If you are having trouble resetting your PIN this way, try booting your PC in safe mode.

    1. Turn on your computer, and when you see your PC manufacturer or Windows logo, turn off your computer by holding the power button on your device.
    2. Repeat the process two times.
    3. On the third time, your device will boot into the WinRE. (Windows Recovery Environment Screen)
    4. Then, Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart. Press F5 to boot your PC in safe mode with networking.

If it asks for the BitLocker Recovery key, use your admin password to sign in to Safe Mode.

Reset your PIN and sign in normally.
