Hi Anthony Monfray,
Please note that our forum is a public platform, avoid posting direct links as the system might flag and delete your question. We will also modify your question to hide private, identifiable information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide such details the next time you post to protect personal data.
I understand why you are asking for an escalation, especially since you already have an open Bing Webmaster Support case and the reply channel is rejecting your messages. That said, there's some confusion I need to clear up in advance:
- Microsoft Q&A is just a user-to-user support forum, limited to providing self-solving suggestions for technical issues. Contributors here do not have access to backend system and cannot escalate or review your case.
- While posting here may help attract others who have observed similar behavior, it is unlikely that the thread itself will reach the internal, responsible team. Since the existing ticket cannot currently be updated, I recommend:
- Go to Bing Webmaster Support > submit a new request > reference the old case.
- Explain that replies to the original case are being rejected with the "sender not allowed" error.
I wish I could help further, but the Bing's official guidance states that site-specific indexing issues must be directed to the Webmaster Support channel. I hope the new support request gives you a working path forward.
