Cannot Change legal name on MS Learn Profile

I cannot change my legal name on Microsoft Learn personal account because the credential ticket system is completely broken with a Contoso tenant deauthentication error loop. Can you please manually route a support ticket to the Learn Credentials escalation team for me?

Try with another (personal) account. I always have to use the link twice.

Thanks for responding. I've tried another personal account but have no option for Help & Support. I'm just stuck in a loop :(

Engage Center Hub is the location for certification support. Personal accounts are supported.

I sometimes find that I need to use https://aka.ms/credentials-support twice.

If you do not see Microsoft Credentials selected against Product, create an account on the Engage Center Hub and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If you see the message "You are currently logged in as a guested personal account, which may result in access issues on Engage Center." then click on "Sign in to Microsoft's tenant for Personal Users", select "Login to Engage Center", and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If "No Access" is displayed, select Switch Tenant and choose your own tenant.

Hi,

Thanks for posting. I created a new account, and used it to login to the Engage Center and still had no access, so I used the link you posted above - https://aka.ms/credentials-support which did work and I had the Support option available.

I've finally been able to log a ticket so hopefully they will be able to sort out the Contoso deauth loop and do the legal name change for me now.
