AZ-104 Rescheduling Error: Voucher Expired Restriction

Hello,

I am trying to reschedule my AZ-104 exam, which was booked using a 100% discount voucher from a Microsoft AI event.

According to the voucher terms, the registration deadline was August 18, 2026, and the exam delivery deadline is October 18, 2026. Since I am trying to reschedule to a date prior to October 18, 2026, I should be allowed to do so.

However, when I try to reschedule via the Pearson VUE dashboard, I receive the following error message: *"The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted with a voucher and the voucher has restrictions (*******4B0A). The new appointment does not meet the following restriction: The voucher is Expired and can no longer be used."

Since the self-service system is blocking the reschedule due to the August deadline passing, I need manual assistance from a moderator to change my exam date without losing my 100% voucher discount.
