Not able to get 50% off on AI 901, after attending Virtual training Days

I have attended Microsoft Virtual training days event for MS Foundry, I also received the email that i can take the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification at 50% off the exam price.

But when scheduling the exam This discount is not getting applied, and there is no Promo code in the email which i can apply.

The discount is applied to the Microsoft Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. The discount is automatically applied at the final stage of checkout. The voucher will be applied five business days after the event.

I attended event on June 12, and discount is not getting applied since then. I am using same email ID as well
