    Worth double-checking first: the Copilot Studio training day is actually tied to the PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) exam discount, not AB-900 - I don't think AB-900 exists as a Microsoft certification code, so it's possible the link you got is actually the correct one for this particular event.

    That said, if you're confident you were promised a different exam discount, the completion emails and vouchers for these virtual training days are handled through a third-party events platform, not directly by product support, so the fastest fix is to reply to the confirmation email you received (the same one with the voucher link) and flag the mismatch there — they can look up your registration and reissue it if something genuinely went wrong. Include a screenshot of what you got, like the one you posted here.

    If that email doesn't get a response in a few days, you can also raise it through the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the training day registration page you originally signed up on.
