Adult site: #1 for "brand sex", invisible for "brand" alone. Query-intent classification?

We run an adult dating site (RTA-labelled). Bing has it fully indexed, Webmaster Tools shows no issues, but:
- "<brand> sex": homepage #1.
- "<brand>", "<brand>.com", "<brand> login": homepage beyond position 100, behind unrelated sites reusing our brand word.
- Same with SafeSearch Off, Moderate and Strict.
With SafeSearch Strict, Bing shows the adult-content notice for "<brand> sex" and for well-known adult brands, but not for "<brand>" alone. So our brand word is treated as a non-adult query while our domain is adult, and we get suppressed on our own name. Well-known adult brands are also neutral, made-up words; Bing has just learned from usage that they are adult queries, so they rank #1 for their name. Ours has not been learned.
- Is this expected behaviour?
- Can the intent classification of a brand query be reviewed, or must the homepage become non-adult?
- What wording gets a Webmaster Support ticket to the search quality team instead of the generic SEO checklist?
Google ranks us #1 for all of these.
