How to update windows insider edition if expired

I have a laptop that has the Windows 11 Insider Edition that expired on August 11th; however I had put my laptop in storage for the summer and I did not see that it needed an update until I went to use it for school. It is obviously past that date and it keeps having an error every time Windows Update trys to download it and install it. Im not for sure what to do next and there is nothing on the website to help me figure this out. Looking for next steps!

    hi,

    What Insider channel are you at? Please go to winver and give me your build version. You can go here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso and download the ISO file and perform an in-place upgrade to go to the latest versoin.
