Unable to see my cert after passing the exam after 2 days

For most exams, results are available within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for the score to appear in the Learn profile. If the exam requires multiple exams to earn the certification, the certificate will not appear until the final required exam is passed.

Check these items:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
2. Go to Profile > Credentials > Certifications.
3. In Past exams, locate the exam and select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard and view the score report.
4. Confirm that the certification being pursued has no remaining prerequisite exams.
5. If the exam or certification is still missing, verify that the correct Learn profile is being used, especially if multiple Microsoft accounts or work/school accounts have been used before.
