Open Settings and more > Settings.
Select Accessibility.
Under Visibility, change Page zoom to a lower value.

If the Save as window or page in Microsoft Edge is too large or does not fit on screen, use these supported ways to make it smaller:

In Edge, select Settings and more > Zoom out.
Or press Ctrl + Minus sign (-) to reduce the page size in 25% steps.
To reset later, press Ctrl + 0.

If the issue happens on many pages, set a smaller default zoom level:

Open Settings and more > Settings.
Select Accessibility.
Under Visibility, change Page zoom to a lower value.

If text or UI is too large across Windows, reduce Windows text size:

In Windows 10, go to Start > Settings > Ease of access > Display > Make text bigger, adjust the slider, then select Apply.
