I understand how frustrating this can be when Windows is set to English but the interface continues to display in German. To help determine whether this is a language pack issue or a Windows profile configuration issue, could you please confirm the following.
To better narrow this down, could you please confirm:
- Did this PC originally come with Windows installed in German, or was it previously running in English and then changed to German?
- Under Settings > Time & language > Language & region, is English listed as the Windows display language, and are there any pending language pack downloads?
In the meantime, please try these checks:
- Open Settings > Time & language > Language & region
- Set Windows display language to English, then sign out of Windows and sign back in.
- If the interface is still in German, select German under Preferred languages, click the three dots (...) > Remove.
- Restart the PC and check whether the display language changes to English.
