Microsoft does not have techs who call users and provide one-on-one support. Microsoft does not offer that service. If you want someone who'll work with you individually in person or on the phone you'll have to hire a professional technician. I am sorry that you were not aware of this earlier.

Microsoft hires a limited number of outside contractors for people who insist that they must talk with someone, but these are not Microsoft employees and Microsoft isn't responsible for what they tell you.

In general: If someone has a specific question about a specific problem, a community forum like Microsoft Q&A is a good place for assistance. But if someone has a complicated situation, or if they have a mess on their hands, or if they need detailed handholding to accomplish some task, they need to hire someone.

If someone needs basic instruction on the features of their computer, in order to learn how to use those features, they shouldn't pay for that. The best resource for that is the internet or artificial intelligence or a book.
