Thanks for sharing the details. Could you confirm the exact brand and model number printed on the headset or its packaging? The name “G1/BUTFULAKE” does not clearly identify it as Microsoft Surface Headphones, so the Surface-specific troubleshooting may not apply.
Could you also let me know whether the headset lights worked previously on this device or when connected to another computer?
Please press Windows key + R, type winver and press Enter. Share the Windows version and OS build shown in the window, but please leave out any personal information.
In the meantime, fully charge the headset and test it with a different USB cable, charger and power outlet. Check whether any indicator appears while it is charging and, if possible, test the headset on another computer or phone. Please also confirm whether the microphone, buttons and other controls work normally.
If everything works except the light, the LED may have developed a hardware fault. In that case, I recommend contacting the headset manufacturer or seller for model-specific support and available warranty options.
