lost password and user name

I am trying to find the most recent information which activated my microsoft windows computers that is password and user name. cannot enter system without it.

    Thank you for the information. Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you unable to sign in to Windows 10 because you no longer remember the username and password previously used on the computer?

    If so, please let me know what appears on the sign-in screen, such as an account name, part of an email address, a PIN option or an exact error message. Also, when you mentioned the information that “activated” Windows, are you referring to the account used to sign in or are you looking for the Windows product key or digital license?

    For your security, please do not share your password, full email address, product key, recovery key or verification codes.
