Hello,
I booked my AZ-400 exam before August 18, 2026 using the AI Skills Fest Voucher (R2). My current appointment is on September 10, 2026.
Per the voucher terms, exam delivery is permitted until October 18, 2026. However, when trying to reschedule, both the online portal and Pearson VUE phone support block the change, claiming the voucher expired on Aug 18, because their system tries to re-apply the promo code.
Since I am well within the exam delivery window (Oct 18) and requesting this prior to the 24-hour limit, please assist in overriding this technical conflict to reschedule my appointment to late September
