I have been having issues recently when trying to play games which require anti cheats like Vanguard and now battleye where after playing the game for a couple minutes it closes my pc and gives me the 'your device ran into a problem message'
I've tried reinstalling league of legends (which uses vanguard) and I have just installed gta 5 (which uses battleye) today and now have had the same issue
I don't use cheats when playing games and never had so i'm not sure what could be causing this
Can I get some support please on what to do to fix this?

I recommend uninstalling the BattleEye Anti-Cheat software by running the Uninstall_BattlEye.bat file or similar from the BattleEye folder. Once it has been uninstalled, please reinstall BattleEye and check whether the crash occurs again.

There was no Uninstall_BattlEye.bat file which i could find so I deleted battleye from the gta V folder and then the one which was in my C:\Users\lewis\AppData\Local\BattlEye folder as well.
I then verified my gta V files to so it could allow me to reinstall battleye and rebooted the game but it gave the same result and crashed almost instantly

Deleting the BattlEye folders manually only removes the files in those folders. It will not remove the BattlEye service entries completely. There is different from Uninstalling/ deleting the folder.
So,
Open CMD (Admin)
Run these commands one by one.
sc stop BEService
sc delete BEService
Once done, restart your computer and launch the game; it will automatically reinstall the BattlEye cheat.

I did also try that before deleting the folders but when I did the sc stop command it said nothing was running and after i tried the sc delete command it said I didn't have permission
Edit: ignore this, I didn't open cmd as an admin

I did the above and deleted battleye through cmd as an admin and then restarted my pc but once I opened the game it crashed again after a couple of minutes

If MemTest86+ runs for 8 passes without throwing up an error then it's more or less a certainty that your RAM is good. I am suggesting you this because, as per the screenshot because your RAM is currently running at 4800MT/s (XMP profile). If you haven't changed anything in BIOS, we have to check the RAM and see if the test passes.

Since the RAM tested clean, the issue might be with the GTA V game files.
I recommend verifying the integrity of the game files first using its launcher. If the issue persists, try completely uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it to see if that resolves the problem.

I've not tried reinstalling GTA V yet but I have done on the past with league of legends which uses vanguard that has also been causing the same issues
As for GTA V though I did verify the files on steam and there were no issues
