Hello. First, where did the “upgrade account” message come from? Was it an email in Outlook, a pop-up in your browser, a text message, or somewhere else?

After you clicked it, did you only enter your Microsoft account password, or did the page also ask you to download or install anything, open an attachment, or allow notifications?

Before changing anything else, I recommend checking the computer for malware.

Open: Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Scan options > Full scan > Scan now

Microsoft recommends running a full malware scan when an account may have been compromised.

Also, where exactly are you seeing “EE-band”? Please tell us which page or section of your Microsoft account shows it. If possible, share a screenshot of that part only, but make sure your email address, payment details, and any other personal information are hidden.
