My other microsoft account was hacked by someone who replaced my email with "******@milieuwell.com"
I had a gifted minecraft in that account and it was hacked and Im trying to recover it back. I really need to talk to an agent regarding this i even have proof of my account's security being removed and its password being changed. I also have a screenshot of me receiving an email about my minecraft gift.
I forgot my password aswell I didn't have it written down on a paper either. The best I have is the account location that I used when making the account and using it when I still had access to it.

Use the hacked-account recovery flow first. It is the supported path when the sign-in email was changed.

    1. Start the hacked account tool and enter the original email address or phone number. The tool can show the available self-help options and may offer the chance to talk to an agent: Start
    2. Before changing or resetting anything, run a full malware scan on the PC. In Windows Security, open Virus and threat protection > Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
    3. If sign-in becomes possible, change the password immediately. If not, use Recover your account and follow the verification steps: Recover your account
    4. If the original address is no longer recognized, check the spelling and domain carefully. If another alias or phone number was ever added to the account, try that instead.
    5. If no verification option is recognized and two-step verification was not turned on, use the Sign-in Helper tool: Sign-in Helper
    6. If filling out the recovery form is needed, do it from a device and location previously used to sign in, such as the usual home device/network. That improves the chance of recognition. Use a working contact email for the response. The recovery form is here: Account recovery form

    Important limits:

    • If two-step verification was turned on and none of the alternate verification methods are accessible, support agents cannot reset the account, send password reset links, or change account details.
    • Support agents are not allowed to access and change account details even when proof is available.
    • The sign-in helper is the main path to identify whether agent contact is available for the case.

If the username now shows as not found, use the recovery path above and, if still blocked, contact support through the support flow for sign-in issues: Contact support
