The owner of Custom Translator workspace has left the company. Could you help update the owner information?

    Hi Ryan,

The workspace owner is the person who originally created the Custom Translator workspace. You don't need to recreate the workspace.

Sign in to Custom Translator > My workspaces > select the workspace > Settings > Share. An existing Owner can add the new employee and assign them the Owner role. Owners have full permissions, including managing workspace access.

If the previous owner has left and there are no other Owners on the workspace, there isn't a self-service option to simply change the owner. In that case, you'll need to contact Azure Support and ask them to recover/update ownership of the workspace. Include the workspace name, Translator resource, subscription, and the former owner's account.

Also, don't delete the existing workspace just to resolve the ownership issue, since the workspace contains the projects, models, and documents.
