TruCommerce is enrolled in Microsoft for Startups and has received the initial $1,000 Azure Startup credit.

Our startup verification has remained in “We are reviewing your startup verification” status, and the new Microsoft for Startups PREVIEW experience does not expose the documented “Your Microsoft Team → Get Program Support” option.

In addition, our initial $1,000 sponsorship appears to expire after approximately one month. Microsoft's current documentation states that the initial $1,000 startup credit offer is valid for 90 days.

Please escalate this case to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification / Azure Sponsorship Entitlements and:

  1. Complete or manually review the startup verification.
  2. Confirm whether additional business documentation is required.
  3. Correct the Azure Sponsorship expiration/entitlement if it has been provisioned incorrectly.
  4. Confirm our eligibility for the next Microsoft for Startups credit tier.
