Microsoft for Startups verification failed, and Preview portal has no Program Support option

My Microsoft for Startups business verification failed with “We couldn’t verify your startup.”

I identified a likely address mismatch between my Microsoft submission and the company’s official records. Our IRS CP 575 and D-U-N-S record both show 505 Church Street Apt 805, Nashville, TN 37219, while the Microsoft verification submission used 555 Church Street Apt 805.

I need the existing Startup Verification reopened or manually reviewed so I can provide the correct supporting documents.

I am using the new Microsoft for Startups PREVIEW experience in Azure Portal. The documented “Your Microsoft Team → Get program support” option is not present. The general Azure Help + Support flow also does not offer Microsoft for Startups or business verification as a service/category.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this privately to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification or provide the correct support-request path for the Preview experience?
