After update OS to 26200.8894 suffer below issue

Build 26200.8894 corresponds to Windows 11 25H2 update KB5121767, released as an out-of-band update on July 18, 2026.

KB5121767 primarily addresses a system-performance issue affecting a limited number of devices using the Intel Innovation Platform Framework (Intel IPF) driver. I don't currently see Microsoft documenting the yellow screenshot border or slow Settings pages as known issues with this build.

Also, build 26200.8894 is no longer the latest Windows 11 25H2 servicing level. Before doing extensive troubleshooting, I recommend installing the latest cumulative update available for the device and restarting. Microsoft's release information shows that newer 25H2 builds have already superseded 26200.8894.

If the problems remain after updating, could you clarify the screenshot behavior?

• Does the yellow outline appear only briefly while taking the screenshot, or does it remain afterward?
• Which shortcut are you using - Win + Shift + S, Print Screen, or another screenshot application?
• Does the same behavior occur after a clean boot?
• Which Settings pages are slow, and approximately how long do they take to open?
• What is the PC manufacturer/model, CPU, and graphics adapter?

For the Settings performance issue, check Task Manager while reproducing it and see whether SystemSettings.exe, CPU, disk, or memory usage spikes. Since KB5121767 specifically addressed platform-related performance behavior on some Intel IPF-equipped systems, the hardware/model information would be particularly useful.

Don't uninstall KB5121767 yet. First, update to the current cumulative build and confirm whether both symptoms still reproduce. If they do, we can isolate the screenshot issue from the Settings performance issue instead of assuming they share the same cause.
